Combining a high-quality art paper or chrome paper base with a polyethylene (PE) extrusion barrier, this material provides moisture resistance, grease protection, and dependable heat-sealing performance required for high-speed automated packaging lines. The paper is built with a base substance weight range of 40 to 350 GSM, alongside an overall composite weight specification of 40 to 200 GSM plus PE coating. The polyethylene layer is applied at a thickness of 10 microns and above, supporting single-side, double-side, or sandwich coating configurations according to barrier requirements. Designed with an 88% whiteness index and a matte or gloss finish, the surface delivers sharp printability across gravure, flexographic, offset, and digital printing presses. In the food processing and packaging industries, this poly-coated paper is widely used for manufacturing sugar sachets, coffee stick wrappers, butter and chocolate wrapping papers, medical packs, industrial wraps, and cup stock components.
