Semi Chemical MF Fluting Kraft Paper
Semi Chemical MF Fluting Kraft Paper for corrugated packaging, heavy-duty cartons, and industrial wrapping. Available in reels and sheets with machine finish.
Product Description
Semi Chemical MF Fluting Kraft Paper is a high-strength packaging substrate engineered for corrugated board manufacturing, heavy-duty carton production, and protective industrial packaging. Produced using machine-finished (MF) technology, this uncoated kraft paper combines semi-chemical pulp and recycled fibers to deliver a balanced composition with uniform thickness, surface smoothness, and enhanced structural rigidity. It serves corrugators, packaging converters, and industrial packing plants requiring dependable runnability on high-speed automated equipment. The material offers high burst and tensile capabilities across a range of structural grades. Buyers should note minor variations in the source specifications regarding physical ratings: the technical overview lists a Burst Factor (BF) range of 22 to 45 BF, a tensile strength of 50 to 90 (as per grade), and a GSM range of 80 to 300 GSM. In contrast, the basic product table records the GSM range as 70 to 400 GSM (as well as "70 and above GSM") and a Burst Factor of 18 to 45 BF. Similarly, the pulp composition is noted as semi-virgin pulp in the basic table, while accompanying sections state it is made from 100% recycled fibers with FSC and Food Grade certifications. Available in Natural Brown as well as customized shades, this machine-finished substrate provides reliable ink receptivity and uniform strength across converting runs. In corrugation and conversion plants, this paper serves primarily as an outer liner and fluting medium for single-face, double-wall, and heavy-duty export corrugated cartons. Beyond box manufacturing, it is used across industrial sectors for wrapping heavy machinery, protecting metal components, interleaving bulk goods, and producing paper boards, laminated composite structures, and multi-wall industrial bags. Its balanced fiber matrix provides the crush resistance and rigidity required to protect goods during stacking and transit. Supply options accommodate both reels and cut sheets, with typical roll weights of approximately 500 kg. Commercial orders require a minimum order quantity of 10,000 Kg (10 Metric Tons), priced at ₹ 48 per Kg, with final pricing subject to total order volume, grammage, and finishing specifications. All consignments are supported by export-oriented shrink packaging to safeguard paper rolls from moisture and physical damage during warehouse storage and freight handling.
